This intensive program is aimed at those who are interested in getting powerfully clear about identifying goals of any kind, and working towards closing the gap between here and there. Together, we’ll identify obstacles and barriers, negative thought patterns, and ways self-sabotage can hinder success. You’ll learn self-advocacy skills, how to make choices that best support your goals, and the role your inner narrative plays on success and happiness.
This plan includes weekly calls, worksheets, homework, and supplemental reading materials as needed.
Whether you’re trying to implement new changes, or identify healthy habits you’d like to adopt, health & wellness coaching can give you the support you need to move forward with action-supported goals. These coaching options offer support and guidance, nutrition and fitness feedback, and allows you to put these new healthy habits into practice, in real time.

During the 3 or 6 month program you can expect: two 60-minute phone calls per month, unlimited email access for questions that come up, and relevant reading materials.
