If you want to run a faster 5K, but you’re not sure how, why not start now? During the span of 12 weeks, you'll get to work on leg turnover, short distance intervals, and strengthening your core, which is absolutely critical to 5K success!

6 WEEK STRENGTH
Getting stronger helps you get faster! If you’re in between training plans, and you want a program that will improve your running strength, just give this six weeks and you'll feel and look amazing!

This month-long training plan is customized to your goals, and is created just for you after the initial evaluation. Along with the training plan, you’ll also get workout feedback, weekly coaching emails, goal evaluation, race strategy support, and one 60-minute phone call in which you can ask any additional questions.

If you have an upcoming half or full marathon, the Three Month training plan is your best bet. Similar to the customized One Month plan, this training cycle is designed to help you hit your goals, and is created after the initial evaluation. Along with the training plan, you’ll also get workout feedback, weekly coaching emails, goal evaluation, race strategy support, and three 60-minute phone calls.

If you have one or more target races in a six-month time frame, interested in building a solid running foundation, or you’re working on race strategies, you'll want a long-term plan. The One Year plan is like a gym membership for running! During this full year, you will work on multiple goals, and have access to unlimited race training plans. Whether you’re interested in overall fitness or more specific speed goals, this plan has a lot of flexibility. As with all customized plans, you’ll get workout feedback, weekly coaching emails, goal evaluation, race strategy support, and monthly 60-minute phone calls.
