Nicole will be your running coach and mentor. She's a firm believer that every body is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness. She loves to work with runners on everything from goal setting and race strategy, maintenance and base building, and of course - chasing the Boston Marathon dream! Wherever you are in your training, your life, and your body - there is a plan for you.
Nicole takes a holistic and collaborative approach to goal setting, training, and running. She believes it’s important to challenge your body, but also listen to it carefully.
She's an RRCA certified personal running coach, long distance track coach, and STOTT Pilates instructor. She has been running for 20 years. For Nicole, it’s always been about the joy of running. She came to racing later in her running career, and is a Boston Marathon qualifier. Additionally, Nicole has a Master's in Education, and is currently pursuing her Holistic Health Coach certification.
