Learn-To-Run Clinic

If you've mastered walking, it's time to start running! The Learn-to-Run is a beginner running clinic, that will slowly build interval running up to 5K over the 6-week clinic (12 group runs) and help you transform from a walker to a runner.

5K Walk-Break Weaner Clinic

This clinic will help runners wean off walk-breaks! This is ideal for runners who have recently finished a learn-to-run or runners comforable with the 5K distance, but can't seem to break the habit of walk-breaks on their own. You'll be amazed at how much more enjoyable running can be when you aren't a slave to your watch! We will run random 5K routes around the city for 6 weeks and transform you into a stealth running machine that wouldn't even imagine taking walk-breaks anymore. Next 6-Week Clinic Starts: June 18

10k Clinic

If you can run 5K and want to try going further, the 10K clinic is the next logical progression! 6-week clinic (12 group runs) that will help you build your endurance with various routes planned, with introduction to hill-repeats and speed work too.

Walking Clinic

Build your endurance and have a workout without the impact of running. The 6-week walking clinic (12 group walks) will introduce the benefits of interval training for weight-loss, hill-repeats for building strength and provide you with a cardiovascular workout.

Half Marathon Clinic

10-week (20 group runs) program specifically designed to help you to complete the half-marathon (21.1K)! We’ll start with a 10K base and incorporate speed work, hill work and tempo sessions and long slow duration runs up to 20K that will help you become a stronger runner and be prepare for a half-marathon.
